This is a rare and colorful addition to any collection. The nymphs are beautiful which is unusual for roaches. The adults come in a variety of colors , which I was not aware of until I started taking pics of them. As you can see in the photo, they vary greatly. The adults can climb but the nymphs cannot. Adults are aprox. 1 inch and are quite fast moving. They come from south Africa and are easy to keep for beginners. A thin layer of petroleum jelly or silicone grease will keep the adults from climbing out. These are fairly new to me but I quickly became a fan.
